- Orders must be placed by 9AM PST to be shipped the same business day.
- If order is placed after 9AM PST, it will not ship until the next business day.
- 2-Day Shipping means the package will be received within 2 business days once the item is shipped as defined by USPS/UPS/FedEx. The day the order is shipped doesn’t count towards the 2 business days.

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 20 days* of the purchase date for Store Credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Do not combine items from different orders. ONE Order per return package.
- Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY and issued via email.
- All returns must be received *within 20 days*. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- No Exchanges. No Refunds.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. See list below.
- Damaged or Missing Items: If you were sent a damage, incorrect or missing item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

- Items returned in poor condition or outside of the return policy window will be sent back to the customer as Final Sale.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your Store Credit to be issued. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
